- Our team came up with a provocative topic that could be relevant to managers: Can AI replace a manager?
- To develop the topic, the client needed to create an AI agent that could speak and assist the manager in managing the organization.
- To develop the solution, we collaborated with our partners and conducted a comprehensive employee survey to understand the qualities of a desirable manager. The survey results were also used for media communications.
- Our team helped the CEO to prepare a presentation on the topic and the tool (DI CEO) for the audience of Lūžio taškas.
- The tool has been presented at other conferences and to entrepreneurs as well, and is being tested and improved, and will soon be available for implementation in every organisation.
