2025 – a fruitful year for the Adverum team
2025 was a special year for the Adverum team – full of exciting projects, meaningful initiatives, and, of course, awards. This year, our creativity and strategic solutions were recognized not only locally but also internationally.
Award-winning projects:
“52 Years of Love”
In 2024, together with “Taip” kitaip, wedding planner Laura Vagone, and the Lithuanian Human Rights Center, we created an extraordinary celebration for Vitalijus and Albinas, a couple whose love story has been going on for 52 years. We were honored to contribute to its communication on a pro bono basis.

ICE Non-alco Product Launch
With Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis, we conducted a social experiment to see if passersby would dare to take a drink from a truck left with its doors open in the center of Vilnius.

Amberssadors: shaping corporate culture and employer image
The Amber Grid initiative brought together employees from various departments and turned them into authentic storytellers who strengthen the company’s internal culture and create long-term value.

Commandant course: strengthening civic resilience with Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis
In September 2024, the first ever commandant volunteer course took place in Lithuania. The project was initiated by social activist D. Lupshitz, and Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis, a long-time supporter of various community projects, became the patron of the commandant course.

An event organized for the second year in a row, which showed tremendous results.

A campaign presenting Lithuania’s gastronomic world and Michelin star success to an international audience.

“Before and After the Compliment”
As part of the 2023 social initiative “The Power of a Kind Word” by Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis, influencer Simona Albavičiūtė-Bandita handed out compliments to passersby in Vilnius. Street photographer Vincas Alesius captured the emotional changes on their faces and created a gallery of photos full of positivity.
