Task
To present one of the leading events in the CEE, hosted in Vilnius, to global markets through media relations with journalists from international business media outlets.
Solutions delivered
- Media relations before, during, and after the event—journalists‘ selection and invitation to the Three Seas Initiative Business Forum, the organisation of the media centre, and follow-ups.
- 6 journalists from international media outlets from the UK (GlobalData), Latvia (Labs of Latvia, Finday), Poland (Wprost, wnp.pl), and Ireland (Business Post) came to the forum. They had interviews with Lithuanian political and business representatives. The visit continued with group dinners with Innovation Agency Lithuania and Reuters Baltics representatives, a city tour, and additional meetings with Lithuanian companies and organizations.
- Journalists’ posts on LinkedIn and publications on the forum and side events, separate interviews published in the regional business media outlets.
