This year, our creativity and strategic solutions were recognized not only locally but also internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Award-winning projects:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;52 Years of Love&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2024, together with &#8220;Taip&#8221; kitaip, wedding planner Laura Vagone, and the Lithuanian Human Rights Center, we created an extraordinary celebration for Vitalijus and Albinas, a couple whose love story has been going on for 52 years. We were honored to contribute to its communication on a pro bono basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BalticBest 2025 \u2013 Silver, Content\/Communication-Events category (highest rating in this category).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 1st place in the Influencer Communication category.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 1st place in the Public Affairs category.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 1st place in the NGO Communication category.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 1st place in the Social Responsibility Campaign category.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ICE Non-alco Product Launch<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis, we conducted a social experiment to see if passersby would dare to take a drink from a truck left with its doors open in the center of Vilnius.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRGN Best Practice Awards \u2013 Gold in the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product\/Service Launch<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Bronze in the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B2C\/Consumer Communications<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> categories.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amberssadors: shaping corporate culture and employer image<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Amber Grid initiative brought together employees from various departments and turned them into authentic storytellers who strengthen the company&#8217;s internal culture and create long-term value.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRGN Best Practice Awards \u2013 Gold in the category of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internal Communications &amp; Employer Branding.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Commandant course: strengthening civic resilience with Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In September 2024, the first ever commandant volunteer course took place in Lithuania. The project was initiated by social activist D. Lupshitz, and Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis, a long-time supporter of various community projects, became the patron of the commandant course.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 Silver in the Support Communication category.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Baltpool Biomass Day<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An event organized for the second year in a row, which showed tremendous results.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 3rd place in the B2B Communication category.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>&#8220;Lithuania, Full of Flavors&#8221; (Travel in Lithuania)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A campaign presenting Lithuania&#8217;s gastronomic world and Michelin star success to an international audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR Impact Awards \u2013 3rd place in the International Communication category.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>&#8220;Before and After the Compliment&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the 2023 social initiative &#8220;The Power of a Kind Word&#8221; by Volfas Engelman Nealkoholinis, influencer Simona Albavi\u010di\u016bt\u0117-Bandita handed out compliments to passersby in Vilnius. Street photographer Vincas Alesius captured the emotional changes on their faces and created a gallery of photos full of positivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRGN Best Practice Awards \u2013 Bronze in the Small Budget Campaigns category.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each award is not only a trophy, but also proof that a strong team and bold decisions bring results.
