Experienced communications consultant Aurelija Astrauskė has joined Adverum, a communications firm with 20 years of expertise in the industry, as the Executive Director. Ieva Naujalytė, the firm’s CEO, will continue as the Managing Partner and will be responsible for the international development of the agency.

“We are one of the oldest communication agencies in Lithuania with a solid client base. The agency’s main strength lies in its highly experienced communications consultants, who provide advice to our clients not only on communication matters but also on business management and sustainability issues. Aurelija’s extensive experience in communications will complement Adverum’s team of strategic consultants, including professionals such as Dalius Drevinskas and Anastasija Zemdliauskaitė, and will also help us strengthen the company’s management,” said I. She added that Adverum will also continue to work with communications strategist Aistis Zabarauskas, who will provide guidance to the company’s clients on strategic, political, and crisis communications.

A. Astrauskė, who will be leading the Adverum agency, has gained experience working for major retail and logistics companies, as well as journalism and communication agencies. “Working in a communications company is very dynamic and requires continuous expansion of knowledge in various fields. Throughout my work experience, I have had the opportunity to advise businesses in finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and IT. I believe that my experience and knowledge of agency work principles will allow me to make a significant contribution to the growth of Adverum’s results,” said A. Astrauskė.

According to the Executive Director, a clear division of functions among the agency’s managers will enable Adverum to pursue its strategic goals of providing communication services in the global market, while ensuring quality service for existing clients and strengthening its position in Lithuania.

Established in 2004, Adverum offers strategic communications consultancy, media relations, digital communications, and marketing communications services.
